Charles Riley is the owner of Valet Services LLC based in Hopkins, Minnesota. The foundation of Charles’s life, family, and business is firmly rooted in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. His faith guides his decisions, shapes his values, and fuels his passion for serving others with integrity, purpose, and compassion.
Together with his wife, Rita, Charles has built a strong family centered on faith, love, and service. He considers his family one of God’s greatest blessings and strives to lead both at home and in business with biblical principles and servant leadership.
As an entrepreneur, Charles is passionate about serving people, creating opportunities, and building businesses that make a positive impact. He has a gift for recognizing potential in others and enjoys investing in and developing people’s talents, helping them grow personally and professionally. His leadership philosophy is built on faith, stewardship, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Outside of business, Charles enjoys fishing, developing businesses, and investing in land opportunities. He is driven by a vision of growth, stewardship, and creating a lasting legacy that honors God, strengthens families, serves communities, and creates opportunities for future generations.

Throughout his career, Chad has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic leadership, and developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional safety, security, and guest experiences.
As a senior leader with BEST Crowd Management, Chad has played an instrumental role in advancing industry-leading crowd management, event staffing, and venue security solutions across major professional sports organizations, universities, and entertainment venues. His expertise spans security operations, risk management, guest services, workforce development, and large-scale event logistics, making him a trusted advisor and leader within the industry. BEST is recognized throughout North America for providing event security, crowd management, guest services, and staffing solutions for major sports and entertainment venues.
Known for his servant-leadership approach, Chad is passionate about investing in people, building strong organizational cultures, and mentoring future leaders. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Chad enjoys life with his wife, Niki, and their family in the western suburbs of Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota.
