Every Vulnerability Resolved.
No, we don’t park cars. We provide white-glove security management that balances active hospitality with unwavering situational vigilance.
One of the first questions people ask co-founders Charles Riley and Chad Moser is: “Does Valet Security park vehicles?”
It is an understandable question in a world where “valet” is most commonly seen outside hotels and restaurants. But when we founded Valet Security Management, we chose the word deliberately.
Historically, a valet wasn’t a parking attendant. A valet was a trusted, dedicated personal guardian—the individual responsible for overseeing every detail of their principal’s safety, comfort, and peace of mind. A valet anticipates needs before they are spoken, removes friction before it creates frustration, and conducts their work with calm, quiet dignity.
That is precisely how modern physical security should function.
Security Shouldn’t Look Like an Intimidation Tactic
- Uniformed personnel who create tension instead of comfort
- Passive observers who sit behind desks and check boxes on clipboards
- Reactive responses that only address problems after damage has been done
- A total disregard for guest experience, tenant retention, and brand reputation
